Project inquiry information
Envineon collects only the information you choose to provide through the project inquiry form so we can review and respond to your request.
Information we collect
The inquiry form may collect your name, company, work email, project type, application, technical requirements, and project description.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to understand your application, evaluate the requested next step, communicate with you, and maintain the resulting business correspondence. Inquiry information is not collected for automated marketing.
How an inquiry is delivered
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to validate the submission and Resend to deliver the inquiry email to Envineon’s sales@envineon.ca Google Workspace inbox. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database.
Retention
Resend processes the message for email delivery and may retain delivery records according to its service practices. Delivered inquiries and related correspondence are retained in Google Workspace according to Envineon’s existing business retention practices and only for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry and applicable business requirements.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile verification is processed by Cloudflare when you submit the inquiry, before the inquiry is delivered by email.
